Description
Although we have always done our best to only carry the work of Native people, sometimes things slip by us. This belt is a good example – Russell Green, a non-native, made these type of belts especially during the 1980s. He often would use coins to fashion the conchos and buckle, and would wander through Taos with loads of them on his arm. Finely done with stampwork, this belt is classically Green. Twelve narrow conchos (2.25″ x 1.75″) and a slightly larger buckle (3″ x 2.5″) you could probably slip this belt through you jeans loops. 19 oz.
